Important Announcement: NetAngel Service Discontinuation on December 1, 2024

Dear Valued NetAngel Customer,

We hope this message finds you and your family well. After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue all NetAngel services effective December 1, 2024.

For the past decade, it has been our honor to help safeguard your family's online experiences. Your trust and support have been the driving force behind our mission, and we are profoundly grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

What This Means for You:

• Service Termination: All NetAngel features—including internet filtering, parental controls, and the user dashboard—will no longer be available after December 1, 2024. Please make sure to disable all NetAngel products and services prior to this date to ensure that you do not encounter issues after Service Termination.
• Billing: All billing has been canceled and you will no longer be billed. Your current subscriptions will remain active until services are shut down on December 1, 2024.
• Data Access: Please log in to your account before this date to download or save any reports and data you wish to retain. After December 1, all user data will be securely and permanently deleted to protect your privacy.

Recommended Alternative Services:

To ensure your family's online safety continues without interruption, we recommend exploring the following trusted solutions:

• Apple/iPhone Users: We suggest using Screen Time on Apple devices. This built-in tool can help you restrict content, set time limits, and control access to apps. To set it up:
  • Go to Settings > Screen Time.
  • Select Content & Privacy Restrictions and adjust settings based on your family’s needs.
  • Set up Downtime and App Limits to manage screen time effectively.

• Android Users: We recommend Google Family Link, which allows you to manage your child’s app usage, set daily limits, and monitor their online activity.
  • Download Family Link from the Google Play Store.
  • Follow the prompts to set up your child’s account, link it to your own, and configure settings like Screen Time, App Approval, and Content Restrictions.

Next Steps:

• Uninstallation: Before December 1, please uninstall the NetAngel app, remove any NetAngel hardware, and delete all NetAngel configurations from your devices to prevent service interruptions or security concerns.
